Pathscape Inc. (“Pathscape,” “we,” “us”) provides a construction intelligence platform. It helps general contractors, owners, specialty contractors, architects, designers, and public-sector teams manage projects, schedules, documents, finances, procurement, and communication. Information we collect
Account and contact information: name, work email, company name, job title, and mobile phone number, provided when you sign up, request a demo, or are invited to a project.
Project content: information you or your team upload to or create in Pathscape. This includes:
Schedules
Plans, drawings, and documents
Tasks and messages
Budgets and financial records
Vendor and procurement details
Workforce and resource information
Data from connected tools: if you connect integrations such as Microsoft Project or QuickBooks, we access the data you authorize so we can sync and analyze it in Pathscape.
Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and in-app activity. We collect some of this through cookies, which you can manage in our Cookie Settings.
Text messages: your mobile number, messages you send to us, and your opt-in and opt-out history.
How we use information
To provide and operate the platform, including project management, reporting, and AI-powered insights
To send service messages, such as project alerts, schedule changes, task assignments, and approval requests, by email, in-app notification, or text message if you opt in
To respond to demo and support requests
To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Services
To meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use your project content to train AI models for other customers.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share your mobile number only with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our SMS provider, and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
Within your workspace: with team members and guests your organization invites to a project, according to the permissions your organization sets
With service providers: companies that host, store, and process data, deliver messages, and provide analytics for us, under confidentiality obligations
With integrations you connect: as needed to sync data you’ve authorized
For legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others
In a business transfer: as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this Policy continues to apply to your information
Your organization’s data
If you use Pathscape through your employer or a client’s project, that organization controls the project content in its workspace. Requests about that content may need to go to your organization’s account administrator.
International transfers
Pathscape operates in Canada and Nigeria and serves customers in other countries, including the United States. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We protect it as described in this Policy wherever it is processed.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Manage cookies through Cookie Settings on our website.
Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [privacy@pathscape.app].
Additional rights by location. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as Canada’s PIPEDA, Nigeria’s Data Protection Act, or US state privacy laws. We will honor them as required.
Children
The Services are designed for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. We will notify account holders of material changes.
Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation to a project, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Pathscape for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
The Services
Pathscape is a construction management and intelligence platform. It covers:
Project, financial, workforce, procurement, resource, vendor, document, and communication management
AI-powered data insights and reporting
Integrations with third-party tools
Features vary by plan, as described on our Pricing page.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Organization administrators control who is invited to their workspace and what each person can access.
Your content
You and your organization own the project content you upload. You give Pathscape a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
AI-generated insights
Pathscape uses AI to summarize, analyze, and surface insights from your project data. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace professional judgment on engineering, safety, legal, or financial decisions. Review them before acting on them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Break the law
Upload content you don’t have rights to
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer the Services
Interfere with the platform
Use the Services to send spam
Plans, fees, and free access
Paid plans are billed as described at signup or on our Pricing page. We may change or end free plans and trials with reasonable notice.

What you’ll receive
Service messages about your Pathscape projects: task assignments, schedule changes, approval requests, deadline reminders, daily project briefings, and replies to questions you text to Pathscape. No marketing messages are sent under this program.
How to opt in
Text PATHSCAPE or START to [phone number]. You’ll receive a confirmation message. Consent to receive texts is not required to use Pathscape or buy any plan.
Message frequency
Varies based on your project activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
Help

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party integrations
When you connect tools such as Microsoft Project or QuickBooks, your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. Pathscape is not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathscape Inc. is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Lost profits, project delays, or lost data
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. On termination, you can request an export of your organization’s project content within [30] days.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
